JOB OVERVIEW

REQUIREMENTS

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
  • Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CAD software for dental design is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough examinations of patients’ teeth and gums to assess oral health.
  • Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals.
  • Utilize dental software such as Dentrix and Epic for patient records management.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
  • Work with pediatric patients to provide age-appropriate care and comfort.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with health regulations.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques.
