As a Dentist at Northwest Health Services, you will be responsible for performing general dentistry services by: Diagnosing and treating patient oral concerns. Examining patients to determine the nature of the condition affecting the patient. Utilizing dental instruments and diagnostic procedures in patient treatment Performing dental cleanings, fillings, extractions, etc. using instruments, appliances, medications and surgical implements. Providing patients preventative services and education in dental hygiene. Leading and supervising dental office staff, including dental hygienists and dental assistants. Assisting in development of dental policies and procedures to integrate within multi-disciplinary family health service. Adhering to all safety protocols and processes. Valid licensure to practice dentistry in the State of Missouri. Valid licensure from the Bureau of Dangerous Drugs and DEA. Current CPR certification. Insurable for professional liability insurance. Responsibilities
As a Dentist, you will diagnose and treat patient oral concerns, perform dental procedures, and provide preventative services and education. You will also lead and supervise dental office staff and assist in developing dental policies.
