POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental clinic in Toronto. As a Dentist at Mabelle Dental, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care, diagnosing and treating oral health issues, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices. You will work in a dynamic team environment, maintaining patient records, performing dental procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

DENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION:

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment care.
• Counsel patients on long-term care of their teeth and gums to ensure continued health.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license in good standing
• Experience working in a dental office setting
• Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM technology for restorative dentistry is a plus
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

• Maintain patient charts and medical records accurately, ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Provide treatment estimates and manage patient insurance claims or billing.
• Participate in regular continuing education and professional development to stay current with advancements in the dental field.
