Your Impact - In this role you will: * Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes. * Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans. * Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care. * Leverage digital tools such as iTero, CBCT, Wave One, Overjet, etc. to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication. * Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources. * Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth. What You’ll Bring * DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. * Minimum 3-5 years working clinical experience * Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required), in good standing. * GPR or AEGD preferred. * Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
