REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry and AHPRA registration.
· Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
· Exceptional communication skills for effective patient and team interaction.
· Commitment to continuous professional development and innovative practices.

PREFERRED SKILLS

· Experience with complex treatment planning.
· Strong track record of patient satisfaction.
· Proficiency in Arabic to serve a diverse patient base.

ROLE SUMMARY

Position: General Dentist
Location: Smiles on Chapel
Type: Part Time, 2 days per week with the possibility for more
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct routine and complex dental treatments, utilizing full scope dentistry, including RCT, extractions, implants, crowns, bridges, and other restorative procedures.
• Develop strong relationships with patients to understand their needs and wants, ensuring personalised and effective care.
• Collaborate closely with Oral Health Therapists and other dental specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment care to promote long-term dental health.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of practice protocols and patient care standards.
