THE OPPORTUNITY

Two regional practices in Toowoomba and Esk are seeking a general dentist to take over existing patient demand. The Toowoomba practice, which has been operating for over 30 years, has the Principal working limited hours, slowly transitioning out and is therefore looking for an Associate to ste into to a ready-made patient base with room to grow.
The Esk practice, with a catchment of over 8,000 and no other clinic in town, currently has no full-time dentist. The principal visits twice a week and delivers exceptionally high billings with full patient books. There is an immediate opportunity for a motivated associate to walk into busy books and long-term job security, with furnished accommodation available at subsidised rent.
Both clinics are part of a small but growing private group, with a strong support structure, fully trained staff, and an increasing marketing spend delivering new patients every month. Mentorship and clinical guidance are available from senior dentists within the group, and autonomy is encouraged.

ABOUT YOU

• 2–3+ years of experience preferred, but not essential
• Confident general dentist who can work independently
• Able to build rapport and convert treatment plans
• Looking for a long-term opportunity in a supportive, stable environment
• Team player with a no-drama, easygoing attitude
• AHPRA registered without conditions
• Current professional indemnity insurance
