Responsibilities: * Perform routine dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages. * Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants, to maintain optimal oral health. * Diagnose and treat various dental conditions, such as cavities, gum disease, and dental injuries. * Perform restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures, to restore the function and aesthetics of patients' teeth. * Conduct root canal treatments and extractions when necessary to alleviate dental pain and preserve oral health. * Educate patients about proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options. * Collaborate with dental assistants, and other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Stay updated on the latest dental advancements, technologies, and best practices through continuing education. * Maintain accurate and detailed dental records, adhering to all privacy and confidentiality regulations. * Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and hygienic dental environment. * Ability to provide dental services at additional clinic sites when operational needs require. Requirements: * Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school. * Valid dental license to practice as a Dentist in California. * Strong clinical skills and experience in performing a wide range of dental procedures. * Proficiency in using dental equipment and technologies, including digital X-rays and intraoral cameras. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and dental staff. * Empathetic and patient-centric approach to dental care, ensuring patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. * Dedication to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations. * Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest dental advancements and research.
