About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Denture Assistant Manager to join our production lab team. This role requires deep technical expertise in denture fabrication and strong leadership capabilities to ensure quality and efficiency across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full knowledge of all denture appliances including full dentures, partial dentures, metal RPDs, and digital dentures.
  • Ability to fabricate all denture appliances with precision and consistency.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff using appropriate dental terminology.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, organization, and a production-minded approach to daily tasks.
  • Lead and support the team to stay on task, meet deadlines, and resolve production challenges.
  • Treatment plan cases over the phone with customers, providing expert guidance and solutions.
  • Utilize computer skills including 3Shape, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Motivate and guide team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Report regularly to the department manager regarding production issues, customer feedback, and successful case outcomes.
  • Work an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift, with flexibility for extra hours as needed to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in denture and partial fabrication.
  • Strong understanding of digital denture workflows.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and dental technologies.
