Job Description

• As department assistant provide the assistance to Group Leaders and Associates: Organizing Workshops. Organizing travels and expense reports for all associates. Promote travel regulation in the departments.
• Organizing of team building events for local departments.
• Support new associates introduction with explanation of regulations and processes.
• Provide personnel assistance for the department leader:

e.g. Travel organization, keeping calendar up to date in Outlook. Information exchange in Regular Meetings with department head.

• Ensure good collaboration with local or German partner departments on assistance level.
• Regular update of departments organization charts
