SUMMARY: Responsible for processing incoming consignments and communicating the status with customers. This is a client-facing position that includes greeting clients and problem-solving. LOCATION: 445 Park Ave, New York, NY 10022 BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision coverage Paid time off 401k savings plans COMPENSATION: $22 per hour ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Process incoming numismatic consignments accurately and efficiently Maintain paperwork Create shipments to the home office Open incoming packages Label and verify the contents of consignments Communicate with clients in all aspects of the consignment Research the status of consignments Return client material Perform department-wide inventories of consignment material Assemble client information packets Other duties may be assigned as needed Requirements EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 2+ years related work experience and/or training Experience in customer service industry or a similar position SKILLS: Knowledge of Microsoft applications and Excel Ability to type 50 words a minute Individual may occasionally lift 50 pounds Interest in collectibles, coins, or currency is a plus.
