Turners is a family owned business which has been in operation since 1936. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced team lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, motivated with exceptional leadership skills, and a positive personality. Previous experience as a retail department lead required.  RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage and oversee the daily operations of the department * Ensure that all sales goals are met or exceeded * Provide excellent customer service to all customers * Merchandise products in an attractive and organized manner * Train and supervise department staff * Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner REQUIREMENTS: * Previous retail sales experience * Ability to count money accurately * Excellent communication skills * Excellent customer service skills * Merchandising experience * Positive personality * Must pass a background check and drug test  
Responsibilities
The Department Head will manage and oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring all sales goals are met or exceeded while providing excellent customer service.
