We’re hiring an experienced and motivated Department Lead to help run and scale Take My HazWaste (TMHW)—our fast-growing hazardous waste pickup and compliance division. This role combines hands-on operational management, compliance leadership, and a growing focus on service expansion and sales support.
You’ll be a key player in turning strategy into execution—leading day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance across the board, and working directly with the business development team to help identify, price, and support new opportunities.
