Job Description Responsible to maintain Stock holding within Budget and assure maximum stock availability (Service Level) Responsible to monitor Store Orders OPL, HO & Manual Order Keep close Liaison with Offer Management and Supplier for stock and delivery follow ups Assist Line Manager to Control issuance of Purchase Orders and corresponding OPEX/CAPEX for GNFR (Good not for Resale) supplies based on its use, management and distribution Responsible to monitor and ensure prompt and accurate generation of reports and facilitates immediate dissemination / distribution to concerned units Responsible to expedite procurement of Store supplies and the processing of payment requests of non-trade supplies Ensure proper handling and accurate bookkeeping of petty cash fund Ensure timely preparation of requests of signage for merchandise display. Responsible to maintain documents relevant records on sales and expense for specific period Assist Line Manager to audits sales, bank remittances, stores fixed assets related to maintenance and IT etc, Change Fund and Petty Cash Fund. Responsible to monitor the store's shrinkage and prepare the waste vendor Report on periodic basis Responsible to ensure working on Non-Moving article, old stock, Potential old stock, Negative stock, one two article verification Keep a conducive and learning environment among all team members to ensure a healthy, friendly, productive and supportive environment. Qualifications Bachelors Or Intermediate with 6 years of experience
Responsibilities
The role is responsible for maintaining stock levels within budget while maximizing product availability, monitoring various store orders, and managing supplier follow-ups for deliveries. Additionally, the manager will assist in controlling purchase orders for non-resale supplies and ensuring the accurate generation and distribution of operational reports.
