Job Description Responsible for stock ordering and maintaining the optimum stock level in the department Lead the team of Store Associates in the department for mass merchandising, shelf management, stock management and cleanliness of the department Responsible for productivity Improvement – bringing in the efficiency Responsible for achieving sales targets of the department Mechanizing of the Department over the night following DSO (Dark Store Operations) protocols and ensure readiness of the department before the store opening Responsible for presentation of products according to Planogram. Ensure all activities as per the SOPs, Compliance towards all protocols and policies Responsible to manage secondary displays as per the BMPL guidelines. Ensure discipline in time keeping and professional attire as per the uniform guidelines Follow all the protocols / checklist defined to ensure the quality standards all the time and keep the track record of expiries of product during & after stock deliveries – FIFO to maintain. Addressing customer complaints to understand customers’ needs and expectations, and to propose solutions (If required) Responsible for shrinkage control to keep it within the provision and OB focus – availability & placement. Qualifications Bachelors Or Intermediate with 6 years of experience
