Job Description Manage, organise accepting and storing of goods to provide enough space available for the incoming goods and only the appropriate quality and amount of goods can get into the store. Lead, train and supervise the activities of Online employees Responsible for the stock kept at Online area and to check technical condition (instruments, systems, operation and emptying of pressing machines) to carry on work unhindered. Handling, checking filing delivery documents and personally control labels daily. Make entries into GMS/’SCS according to proper SOP’s Receive the physical merchandise in the dedicated area, determine the actual received quantity correctly and move the goods from GR area to warehouse. Organise pallet stocktaking, direct handling of pallets to ensure loss of pallets occur only because of wearing out. Examine and deal with supplier complain invoice complain to certify reasons of deviances and ensure correct procedure. Supervise cleaning of the goods acceptance area, make work and the safety requirement complain with to maintain goods acceptance area in an immaculate state and prevent accidents. Define/ select the appropriate stock codes to deal with natural rebate Communication with Buyers and Logistics to provide buyers to share information, challenges and solutions. Department’s performance check on regular bases to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Bachelors Or Intermediate with 6 years of experience
Responsibilities
The Department Manager - Ecommerce is responsible for managing the acceptance and storage of goods, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met. They will lead and supervise online employees, handle delivery documentation, and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the goods acceptance area.
