Responsibilities
Demonstrate understanding of commercial tools to be able to support the commercial and operations managers.
Improve the department’s performance and work towards the overall development of the Store.
Ensure your department is in line with the company’s visual guidelines.
Oversee replenishment is done in a timely and effective manner across the store.
Participate in the planning and manage the process of the stock deliveries and sales preparation.
Prepare monthly schedules for the store and manage holidays according to the business needs.
Communicate accordingly the recruitment needs of your department to the Store Manager.
Resolve effectively customer queries and manage conflict.
Foster & embed D&I culture and ensure an inclusive, respectful workplace for all.
