Job Description Maintain Stock holding within Budget and assure maximum stock availability (Service Level). Assist Line Manager to monitor and ensure prompt and accurate generation of reports and facilitates immediate dissemination / distribution to concerned units. Assist Line Manager to ensure timely preparation of requests of signage for merchandise display. Assist Line Manager to audits sales, bank remittances, stores fixed assets related to maintenance and IT etc, Change Fund and Petty Cash Fund. Assist Line Manager to monitor the store's shrinkage. Assists Store Manager and line manager in budget preparation and monitors actual expenditures versus budget. Assist Line Manager to oversee conduct of cyclic and annual stock takes and ensures speedy reconciliation and rationalization of gathered data on annual basis. Assist Line Manager to ensure the strict implementation of systems and procedures on all facets of store operations Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts, technology and functionality to pave their way towards the successful achievement of the functional objectives of the team, thus playing a role in the enhancement of the technical skill set of an individual and improving the growth of an individual towards positive attitude. Qualifications Bachelors or Intermediate with 6 years of experience
Responsibilities
The Department Manager is responsible for maintaining stock levels within budget and ensuring maximum stock availability. They assist in monitoring sales, conducting audits, and implementing store operations procedures.
