Job Description Manage and organize the delivery to be made to customers/client in right quantity and specification To count, sort or weight incoming goods to verify receipts of items against delivery notice Being thoroughly informed with orders, stock availability, lead a hands-on and timely efficient delivery along with smooth customer service Smooth alignment and relationship with Operations, Store management, HO, Buyers, Field Sales and Delivery team if needed To verify daily fuel costing and transactions and to further ensure the proper documentations pertaining to it Maintaining the Cash Ledger Keeping track of inventory and regulate cross checks (Physically counts inventory items for accuracy on regular basis) To acquire customer feedback on periodical basis. To coordinate with head office regarding fuel expenses, KPIs, fixed costing, third party vehicle expenses etc. Qualifications Bachelors / Intermediate with 6 years of experience
Responsibilities
Manage and organize deliveries to customers, ensuring the right quantity and specifications. Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with various teams for smooth operations.
