Job Description To lead and implement the P&C policies, procedures and align P&C activities. To monitor P&C Analytics to enhance employee productivity. To design and implement employee engagement initiatives. To identify critical roles through a robust succession planning process. To build organizational capability aligned with business strategy. To support the operations and sales team in identifying and developing high-potential talent. To ensure structured and transparent implementation of the performance management process and to provide the necessary facilitation and support to employees and stakeholders. To prepare and manage payroll monthly while ensuring timely closure of all payroll-related processes such as attendance, leaves, provident fund, promotions, transfers, grievances, employees records, etc. To lead employee relations for the store and to ensure compliance with all labor law and legal requirements. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferably in HR. Additional Information Strong communication skills Good command over MS Office Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource
