THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical/Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA a plus)
  • 5–10 years of manufacturing experience, with 3+ in a leadership role
  • Experience in health/hygiene, pharma, or CPG industries preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations
  • Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Reckitt, we’re seeking a dynamic Processing Manager to take the helm of our Processing Operations Team and elevate performance across every critical dimension—Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Output, and Cost. This role is more than managing day-to-day operations; it’s about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You’ll champion transformative initiatives that unlock new levels of efficiency and excellence by empowering people, refining processes, and optimizing equipment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops strategy for capacity, process, and product launch initiatives; leads capital projects from URS through execution.
  • Oversees efficient, safe production of semi-finished goods; ensures raw material planning, scheduling, and compliance with timelines.
  • Coordinates feasibility studies for new business with QA, R&D, Engineering, Packaging, and Finance.
  • Maintains Quality Systems through SOP updates, Control Plan training, and production oversight to ensure adherence and product quality.
  • Resolves production issues with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and Right First Time (RFT) performance.
  • Manages cost controls, including labor, materials, inventory, invoicing, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Leads team development through coaching, evaluations, training, recruitment, and cross-training initiatives.
  • Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards; promotes a clean, 6S-compliant workspace.
