Job Description As a Department Manager Trainee, you’ll work closely with the Department Manager and other leaders to learn how to drive commercial success, lead a team, and create an inspiring store environment. You’ll be supported through structured training and real-time feedback, with the goal of stepping into a Department Manager role in the near future. Deliver a high level of customer service through styling advice, product knowledge, and an engaging store experience Learn to analyse sales data and contribute to strategies that maximise department performance Support and motivate Sales Advisors to consistently achieve service and presentation standards Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members Contribute to identifying and developing future talent within the team Help oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards Act as a brand ambassador, inspiring customers and colleagues with your enthusiasm for ARKET Step into leadership responsibilities when needed, with guidance and support from senior managers Qualifications Customer-Focused: You genuinely enjoy engaging with customers and lead by example Product Passionate: You love sharing your enthusiasm for our products and values Growth-Oriented: Open to feedback and eager to learn and develop Communicative: Clear, confident, and empathetic in your interactions Team-Driven: Ready to support and motivate others in a fast-paced environment Analytical: Curious about retail KPIs and how they influence performance Adaptable: Comfortable with change and quick to respond to customer and operational needs Reliable: Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Additional Information This is a temporary part-time Sales Advisor position with a contract of 30 hours a week, starting as soon as possible and until end of June 2026.
