Distributes and prepares meeting documents. Manages/coordinates calendar meetings, room reservations via Outlook. Creates spreadsheets/presentations/correspondence as needed. Maintains department documents related to DNV/DIA. Maintains department documents for staff. Maintains department records related to staff. Manages/edits/distributes Quality newsletter. Provides physician reappointment assistance/ support. Facilitates document control processes Acts as department timekeeper – UKG entries / submission Qualifications Experience: High school graduate or GED equivalent required Education: Two years secretarial experience required
