OUR OPPORTUNITY

Work Location: Perth - Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people.
Roster: Monday to Friday.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented individual for this Senior Administrator role where you will be supporting the Group Managers Integrated Technology. This position is responsible for the delivery of timely, efficient and effective high-level administrative support for our business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2-5 years’ experience in similar role
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and proven initiative
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • SAP and Concur experience

Responsibilities
  • Offer comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team inclusive of diary management, management of travel and
  • Logistics, expense reconciliation and ad hoc administration support.
  • Coordination of customer site visit arrangements (auditors)
  • Purchase requisition and accounts payable processing
  • Maintain and process document control as required and ensure the integrity and accessibility of documents within SharePoint and other document management systems.
  • Ensure effective onboarding of new team members, including familiarization with Fortescue systems and practices.
  • Facilitate seamless integration of new hires into the business.
  • Act as a liaison between leaders and departmental stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and teamwork across departments.
  • Conduct regular reviews of people data to ensure accurate reporting and org chart management occurs.
  • Assist with tracking continuous improvement activities and those activities that support employee engagement.
  • Act as the office and facilities champion for team.
  • Catering and workshop coordination
  • Recording action items from team meetings
