Position: Part-Time Departure Point Assistant
Location: Castle Terrace, near Edinburgh Castle, with base at Unit 4, Forth Industrial Estate, Sealcarr Street, Edinburgh, EH5 1RF

As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll be responsible for providing a warm welcome and guiding them to the correct coach, ensuring a smooth start to their journey. This is a fantastic role for those who enjoy engaging with others and being part of a fun and enthusiastic team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Customer Welcome: Be the friendly, welcoming face that meets and checks in passengers at our Castle Terrace departure point.
Team Support: Work closely with the Transport Team to keep operations at our departure point running smoothly.
Hotel & B&B Visits: Connect with local hospitality spots by delivering brochures and delivering commissions—supporting our strong partnerships across Edinburgh.
Drive with Us: Use our company vehicle to help with local deliveries (driver’s license required).

Flexible Part-Time Hours: Early morning shifts from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, giving you afternoons free—ideal for someone semi-retired or anyone who loves starting their day early! Applicants must be available to work Sundays and Mondays, with the possibility of additional days.
Competitive Pay: Starting at £12.21 per hour, rising to £12.50 after probationary period.
