Description:

Our client in the medical industry is seeking a seasoned Deployment Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and executing various aspects of software deployment, encompassing software development, computing concepts, data management, project management, communication with stakeholders, change management, risk assessment, business process mapping, and business acumen.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, etc.).
Demonstrated experience in software deployment, project management, and change management.
Proficiency in software development concepts, computing technologies, data management principles, and business process mapping.
Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is a plus.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Security+) are advantageous.
Adaptability to changing project requirements and business environments.
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Medical industry experience will be advantageou

Responsibilities:

Understand software development concepts including methodology, version control, release management, and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of computing concepts such as servers, cloud (AWS), networks, LAN, Internet, security, user workstations, printers, and cybersecurity.
Manage data concepts including gathering, capture, validation, migration, and data-related project tasks.
Utilise his/her project management skills, including agile methodology, to create deployment plans, manage milestone delivery, and address any slippage.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders through presentation skills and documentation creation (e.g., process definitions, client data gathering).
Handle change management by assessing users, devising change strategies, and evaluating change impact.
Conduct risk assessments, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring only tested code is accepted.
Perform business process mapping, assessing processes, implementing feature and configuration changes, conducting gap analysis, and adapting to evolving circumstances.
Maintain business acumen by understanding client business drivers and staying updated on product changes.
