Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Deployment Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our customers, installer network, and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and scheduling installations and service work across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Managing escalated service requirements and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Supporting customers with RMA repairs, work orders, and technical support.
  • Maintaining clear, professional communication with all stakeholders.
  • Validating completed installations and managing billing and vendor payments.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) standards.
