Key ResponsibilitiesERP Cutover LeadershipDefine and own the overall cutover strategy and execution plan for a major ERP implementation.
Establish and manage go-live readiness criteria, ensuring all business and technical prerequisites are met.
Coordinate cross-functional cutover activities across business, IT and implementation partner teams.
Lead cutover governance, risk management, contingency planning and issue resolution.
Drive successful execution of dress rehearsals, mock cutovers and production go-live events.
Ensure minimal disruption to business operations throughout deployment activities.
