YOUR SKILLS & ABILITIES (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 7+ years of experience in automation or robotics deployment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of deploying complex automation systems in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of industrial robotics, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs/AGVs/AFT),
  • Technical knowledge of PLCs, and system integration.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics ,Mechatronics, or a related field

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Autonomous Robotic Center (ARC) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Autonomous Equipment Deployment Manager to lead a team of engineers responsible for deploying advanced autonomous systems across global manufacturing operations. This role is critical to scaling ARC’s automation initiatives, ensuring robust system integration, and driving innovation in manufacturing technology. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership acumen to deliver high-impact solutions in fast-paced environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of deployment engineers responsible for the installation, commissioning, and support of autonomous robotic systems.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution of deployment activities across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Collaborate with design, software, controls, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of autonomous systems into production environments.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for deployment processes, safety compliance, and system validation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing deployment performance metrics and implementing corrective actions.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between ARC and manufacturing stakeholders during deployment phases.
  • Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Manage strategic deployment integrators relationships and coordinate with external partners for equipment delivery, installation, and support.
