Job Description Manage and coordinate end-to-end deployment and release workflows, including planning, execution, approvals, and post-release validation. Coordinate multi-team and multi-technology deployments across distributed environments. Manage deployment dependencies, backend freezes, data-load constraints, and technical risks. Support CI/CD-driven deployment automation and release orchestration activities. Work with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and other CI/CD platforms. Manage branching, tagging, artifact handling, and version management processes. Coordinate cloud and on-premise deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. Handle deployment irregularities, release conflicts, and escalation management during production releases. Interpret deployment workflows, release maps, and software update model processes. Collaborate with OEM stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support smooth delivery operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in release management or delivery coordination. Strong experience owning end-to-end deployment and release workflows. Experience coordinating deployments involving backend systems and data-load management. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation concepts. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, YAML, branching/tagging strategies, and artifact/version management. Knowledge of deployment sequencing, backend freeze windows, technical dependencies, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud and on-premise deployment environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and backend integration points is an advantage. Automotive OTA release and OEM/program delivery experience are considered a plus. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. German business communication basics are mandatory.
