What you’ll do This role will take responsibility for the local activities related to Fiber and Copper Operation ensuring an overarching view on all technical guidelines related to Fixed Access Network - upgrading and operating of Fiber and copper networks as well as active equipment (OLT, DSLAM). Driving continous improvement on standard procedures/processes applied with the division and owns the processes of incumbent’s provideed services, will be accountable for the update of Network inventory and aggregation netwrok monitoring. Communicate with incumbent to provide all required services for the deployment and operation of copper network Update the network Inventory regularly, and provide all changes needed for smooth customer services Define network deployment standards procedures and processes Health & Safety, Infrastructure and Vendor Management to ensure the right application for the country contract control Drive continous improvement on guidelines and standard procedures/processes applied with network deployment and design team Manage tactical and operational planning, ensuring demand alignment with roll out plans. Drive and manage demand forecast based on roll-out plan update Ensure lights-on by troubleshooting as 3rd level on required network incidents for FTTC,FTTH and aggregation network Who you are Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Mechanical Engineering Previous experience in Fixed Access Network will be considered as an asset In-depth knowledge of the following networking technologies: - Copper networks - Fiber Optic Networks Experience of managing the relation with Vendors and Subcontractors Strong communication skiis and fluency in Greek and English Not a perfect fit?
