Description Job Summary: As a Deployment Technician on the AbeTech Services team, this position will be responsible for completing the configuration, assembly and kitting of hardware orders as scheduled by the Project Management team. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Complete the configuration, assembly and kitting of hardware as outlined in the documentation 2. Proactively communicate to the Project Manager when issues, questions or concerns arise with deployments 3. Work at a pace that enables work to be completed within schedule time yet ensure quality results 4. Keep your workspace clean and organized 5. Maintain AbeTech standard of 4-hour response to all tickets and communication 6. Accurately enter time within ConnectWise as you progress throughout your day Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: Education & Experience: High School diploma 1-3 years of technical experience Must be able to read and follow directions Must be able to work in a team environment and independently Skills: 1. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments 2. Strong written and verbal communication 3. Above average technical aptitude 4. Ability to assemble and present information clearly 5. Ability to adapt to best practices 6. Strong organizational and troubleshooting abilities 7. Have confidence under pressure 8. Ability to be flexible and adapt to change 9. Ability to stand/ be on your feet for up to 75% of the day
Responsibilities
