The Role: Deployment Transformation Leader - Kinaxis What will you do? • Work on a dynamic environment in Global Supply Chain (GSC) Information Systems to ensure questions, issues, concerns, and inquiries from Users associated with tools supported by GSC/Procurement are addressed and resolved in a timely manner; escalated (if needed) to the next level of support for analysis, reviewal and resolution • Seeks for tools Users’ autonomy and to improve the customer experience using GSC Information Systems tools • Responsible for supporting global and multi-location users, directly through several channels, or via the animation of a key users network • Responsible for achieving the required Service level agreements for the tools/automation supported • Being an active participant/contributor to LEAN Office, which includes contributing to Root Cause Analysis and Action Item implementation for improving efficiencies in the workplace • Execute the application deployment in coordination with the rest of the project team • Build and promote communication material, ensuring all communications are spread by the network, end-to-end process • Create and maintain the training material. Run and deliver the planned training sessions. Lead the video creation and train the trainers Who would be successful? • Bachelor's Degree: Preferably Mathematics, Engineering or IT-related courses • Knowledge & Experience in supporting end-user of BI and analytics with visual reporting (Tableau / PowerBI / Leap) • Knowledge and experience in programming, data mining, and data preparation (Tableau Prep / SQL / Alteryx) • Industrial automation background/experience is preferred: o Including experience in the manufactory shop floor design o Shop floor equipment set up and maintenance, like server, gateway, PLC, etc. o Especially considering this team extends the scope globally, it will help deepen understanding of plant issues and go further on this topic • Basic MS SQL server skills are required: o Routine operations like backup/restore database, run SQL scripts o Can do simple select queries to zoom in issues o Can link the information from one table to another • Familiar with manufacturing general processes and KPIs to measure: o Including how to measure performance KPIs for different types of manufacturing: MTS, MTO, ETO, etc. o Familiar with common tools and methods on the shop floor: Andon, WI, Quality tracking, KANBAN, MPH, etc. • Customer Care/Service desk support experience an advantage • Must be good and fluent in both oral and written communication skills • Must be amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite What’s in it for me?
