In this role, you will work closely with our retail team assisting our external customers in servicing of deposit accounts. Salary based on level of experience Deposit Operations Representative: $19.75 - $23.00 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for proper servicing of deposit accounts * Conducts assigned research for customers and internal bank personnel as needed * Performs Data Entry and Transaction Processing * Monitors a variety of assigned customer transactional activity reports and prepares various Deposit reports as needed JOB REQUIREMENTS: * High School Diploma or GED * 1-3 years of related office and/or customer service support experience * Preferred experience in banking * Intermediate data entry speed and accuracy with the ability to work independently and as part of a team We believe in building genuine partnerships that encompass top of the line customer service delivered by a culture of teamwork, integrity and excellence.
