POSITION SUMMARY: To perform various duties in the automated capture, repair and processing of checks, ACH and other transit items. Also includes
miscellaneous balancing and processing of demand deposit, savings and ACH activity. Including sending and receiving wire transfers, balance and reconcile non-post, NSF and Official Checks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Some post-secondary coursework desired.

• Deposit account addition, closure, and maintenance in Fiserv system
• Deposit and ACH application, and Correspondent Bank balancing
• Exception item processing
• Wire Transfer processing and approval
• Deposit and customer document scanning and archival into Unity Director
• Stop payment processing in Fiserv system
• Return Items research and processing
• Branch and Universal Banker Recap daily balancing
• Express phone loan payment processing
• Death notification and reclamation processing
• Coin and currency order processing
• Collection, garnishment, and levy processing

Returned and held mail processing
Address change review and customer notice generation
Closed account review

OTHER DUTIES:

1. Backup support for answering of central phone system
2. Merchant and mobile deposit review
3. GL description maintenance backup
4. Digital and card services limited support
5. Perform other duties as required
