Deposit Specialist (Medical Billing) – Olympia Orthopaedic Associates Location: Olympia, WA  In-person training, potential for remote work after (MUST STILL BE A RESIDENT OF WA STATE) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24-$36.22 per hour (pay is determined based on years of experience)  Summary of benefits:  OOA covers part or all of the cost for Health, Dental, Vision, and Long-term Disability Insurance. Please note nicotine levels are included in testing.   Deposit Specialist Job Duties: The Deposit Specialist plays a vital role in the financial operations of our orthopedic group, with a primary focus on the accurate posting of patient and insurance payments using Athenahealth Collector. This role is responsible for managing daily deposits, processing refunds, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining the integrity of revenue cycle activities.
