First Southern Bank is looking for a Deposit & Treasury Solutions Support Specialist to join our team! The Deposit & Treasury Solutions Support Specialist has a working knowledge of the products and services designed for business customers and serves as support for the Deposit & Treasury Officer and Commercial Banking staff by providing professional, courteous, and efficient customer service to the bank’s business customers and prospects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Two (2) years previous commercial banking experience; operational and/or treasury management experience preferred
  • Excellent computer and communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
  • Ability to operate in a team environment to accomplish shared goals
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands
  • Friendly, courteous, and professional disposition

Responsibilities
  • Maintain extensive technical knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, pricing, operating systems, data transmissions, file formats and procedures used for the delivery and support of Treasury Management products and services.
  • Research and respond to all Treasury Management customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, partnering with Treasury Management Officer and Commercial Banking staff when necessary.
  • Capable of performing technical tasks associated with RDC customers including installation of equipment at customer’s place of business while being assisted by IT staff.
  • Develop an understanding of the bank’s ACH processes.
  • Provides support for customer resolution on Treasury Management issues; training customers as requested.
  • Ensure that customer documentation, internal processes and procedures are compliant with regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist Deposit & Treasury Officer in identifying additional customer needs and offering/providing additional Treasury Management products and services.
  • Prepares daily/monthly reports and exception reports for Treasury Management services.
  • Assists in the coordination and support of RDC/ACH risk assessments.
