Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Depository Bank clients, managing relationships, overseeing onboarding processes, and addressing operational queries.
  • Execute Depository oversight activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support investment-related operations, including currency hedging, securities lending, loan operations and treasury activities.
  • Monitor client activity, implement performance metrics, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain up-to-date departmental procedures, contribute to process improvements, and support internal and external audits.
  • Identify and report risk events through appropriate channels, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in investment fund industry, preferably in depositary banking
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulations applicable to investment funds, asset managers, and related financial entities
  • In-depth knowledge of AIMFD, UCITS EU Regulation, and EU data protection legislation as well as Luxembourgish regulatory framework related to investment fund industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Flexible and self-motivated with a positive attitude towards improving work processes
