Job Description What you'll do You'll build and manage strong client relationships, acting as the first point of contact for portfolios in Real Estate, Private Equity, Debt, and Fund of Funds. You'll deliver customer-centric solutions while ensuring compliance with internal Depositary procedures and maintaining accurate documentation. You'll perform cash monitoring, reconciliations, oversight duties, and prepare year-end asset positions with precision and timeliness. You'll collect and review transactional documents, verify ownership chains, and participate in projects to support operational excellence. You'll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders—including AIFMs, Administrators, Advisors, Auditors, and Credit Institutions—to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications You hold a Bac+2 in legal or economic studies, or a university degree in law or economics, which is considered an advantage. You bring 1–3 years of experience in the PE&RE sector as a depositary officer, administrator/accountant officer in fund administration, or auditor. You possess strong knowledge and understanding of PE&RE structures, constitutional documents, legal documentation supporting PE/RE funds and transactions, and investment instruments. You are fluent in English, proficient in MS Office tools (particularly Word and Excel), and demonstrate excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
