Who we are looking for
Experienced professional in the depository service sector, with a broad and in-depth understanding of core duties (safekeeping, oversight, Nav Validation, cash monitoring) and strong regulatory expertise. Based in the depositary service of the Italian branch, the VP serve as a strategic reference point for regulatory compliance (e.g., AIFMD, USITS; SFDR), internal projects development (IT, process optimization, compliance), and relationship management with institutional clients.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

  • Oversight and coordination of regulate depositary activities, ensuring full compliance with European and local regulation.
  • Support and guidance to operational teams (e.g., regulatory implementations, process automation, client in their day-to-day activities, ensuring quality and adherence to procedures policies, procedures and regulation.
  • Management of cross-functional projects (e.g., regulatory implementation, process automation, client onboarding).
  • Primary point of contact for institutional clients regarding all depositary-related matters, with a focus on effective communication, issue resolution, and advisory support.
  • Collaboration with EMEA and local teams to ensure alignment with the parent company’s policies and adoption of international best practices.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience on a similar role
