Windsor Troy Law, LLP is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Deposition Attorney to support our expanding practice. This is a great opportunity for attorneys who want flexible work while developing skills in Workers’ Compensation law. Responsibilities Handle case appearances, including status conferences and lien trials Take and defend depositions Manage discovery tasks and ensure compliance with deadlines Coordinate with supervising attorneys and provide case status updates Support trial preparation and related litigation tasks Qualifications Active California Bar license, in good standing Based in Northern California with availability for in-person appearances No prior Workers’ Compensation experience required (training provided) Litigation, deposition, or case management experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new practice areas Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 a year Here at Windsor Troy Law, LLP, we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance.
