POSITION:

Join First Fence at an exciting time of depot growth and extended service hours! We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Depot Administrator to support and elevate our depot operations. Reporting to the Depot Manager, your duties encompass a wide range of tasks, from managing inventory and ensuring timely deliveries to coordinating with suppliers and customers. You will play a crucial role in optimising operational processes, minimising costs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administrative Support: Manage general office duties, including answering phones, emails, and filing.
  • Data Management: Input and maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries, orders, and other relevant data.
  • Document Control: Ensure files, including legal documents, are created, maintained, up-to-date, and stored in a centralised location.
  • Diary and Scheduling: Maintain schedules and communicate reminders of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by handling enquiries, resolving issues, and building relationships.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, generate sales and purchase orders, and raise invoices.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock control, including tracking levels and placing orders.
  • Logistics: Arrange deliveries and collections, ensuring accurate recording of stock movements.
  • Communication: Liaise with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and directors.
  • Health and Safety: Support health and safety initiatives by maintaining records and assisting with compliance.
