JOB DESCRIPTION

The Depot Co-Ordinator role is responsible for a wide variety of depot-based tasks, supporting the sales and delivery of fuel and lubricants to our customers in Nth QLD. This role will be pivotal to driving operational efficiency through a number of tasks including timely customer invoicing, coordination of fleet resources, stock balancing and customer engagement.
Whilst the successful applicant doesn’t need fuel industry experience, it is expected that they have strong communication and organisation skills and a willingness to learn. The successful candidate will need to be an enthusiastic team player who has delivered strong results in a similar operational role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound customer enquiries providing price quotes and ordering via phone, email and over the counter. Maintain high standards of customer service and address any customer concerns effectively
  • Depot Stock Control including: Stock reconciliation, invoicing and managing site fuel balances
  • Support the Queensland Operations Manager with day-to-day operations including, vehicle maintenance schedules (planned) and breakdowns (unplanned) and driver communications and resource planning
  • Focal point for In-house Systems for drivers including Handheld systems
  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders to improve depot processes, including streamlining and standardising stocks and pricing procedures across all locations
