Due to continued expanision we are looking to recruit a dynamic depot manager to help create one of our new branch openinga in 2025.
You will need to display a strong desire to succeed along with the vision and drive that will be required to create the new branch from scratch.
Supported by the company directors you will have total autonomy over the depot including Sales, HR and full P&L accountability.
Experience:
- Proven experience in depot management, preferably in a similar industry
- Sales & Service Motivated and ability to demonstrate commercial awareness.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of service management systems and software
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a service environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
