ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will be accountable for the safe and reliable day to day operational management of the Cooma Depot.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily operational management & supervision of all company staff and contractors
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Comply with all external regulatory requirements – including BFM
• Manage freight assets & scheduling functions to optimise vehicle efficiencies
• Maintain required customer service levels
• Supervise team including rostering staff in accordance with operational requirements
• Inventory Management of bulk & packaged goods stock
