Key duties include:

  • Day-to-Day management of the site including colleague rotas, stock control and health & safety compliance
  • Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring all colleagues have clear targets to work towards
  • Responsible for meeting KPI Targets including sales & profitability
  • Complete relevant paperwork and maintain electronic databases/systems accurately

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Managerial experience within the Commercial Fleet sector, ideally in Tyre Fitting & Repair
  • Experienced in leading and training teams of Technicians
  • Committed to achieving targets, maximising profit and ensuring a flawless customer experience every time
  • Possess a full, current driving licence
