QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience: Proven experience in a depot or branch management role, with a track record of driving operational excellence and delivering strong customer service.
• Industry Knowledge: Ideally, prior experience in the Powered Access industry or a related field.
• Health & Safety: A strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and experience in maintaining high standards in a branch or similar environment.
• P&L Management: Demonstrable experience managing financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams and work across departments.
