We are recruiting a Deputy Agricultural Sales Manager for our client in Ballymena. We are looking someone with strong sales and leadership skills to support sales growth of our precast concrete products within the agricultural sector. This role involves developing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting in the overall management of the agricultural sales team. You will work closely with the Agri Sales Manager to drive sales strategies, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company’s continued success.

• Assist the Agri Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, agricultural contractors, and distributors.
• Provide technical knowledge and product recommendations to customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Support pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Train and mentor sales team members.
• Deputise for the Sales Manager in their absence.
