(Deputy/Assistant) Business Technology Manager, Asia Pacific Center Support Division Responsibilities: * Handle various ad-hoc projects as assigned, monitor the project progress and project implementation * Provide production support (BAU) for banking business applications, including monitoring follow-up, incident coordination, troubleshooting and daily operation updates. * Support change/release activities and new system go-lives, covering deployment coordination, go-live validation, rollback readiness and post-release stabilization. * Support production security and compliance tasks, including vulnerability impact assessment, remediation tracking, evidence collection and related reporting. * Support demand and project delivery as a technical focal point between overseas branches, Head Office IT units and internal teams to ensure end-to-end execution and closure. * Assist the project manager in project management. Requirements: * Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines. * 1 year of relevant experience is preferred; strong fresh graduates with solid technical skills will also be considered. * Hands-on development or engineering capability is preferred (e.g. Java / Python / SQL / Shell scripting / API integration); experience in automation or DevOps is a plus. * Basic understanding of enterprise IT environments (Linux/Windows, middleware/web, database, networking and log analysis). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure and coordinate across teams to deliver results. * Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a plus).
Responsibilities
This role involves handling ad-hoc technology projects, monitoring progress, and providing daily production support for banking business applications, including incident coordination and troubleshooting. The manager will also support change/release activities, security/compliance tasks, and act as a technical focal point between various IT units and branches.
