* Significant opportunities for professional development
Key Responsibilities:
* Deputise for the Home Manager in their absence, providing full leadership and operational management of the care home.
* Provide strong clinical leadership and supervision to staff nurses and care teams, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred elderly care.
* Ensure the home operates in full compliance with CQC regulations, company policies, and all health and safety standards.

* Oversee and manage medication rounds, care planning, and complex clinical interventions, maintaining your NMC PIN and leading by example.
* Act as a clinical lead, championing best practices in dementia care, palliative care, and chronic disease management.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.
* Assist in the financial management of the home, including budget control and resource allocation.
What We Are Looking For (Essential Requirements):
* A valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) is highly desirable.
