Oaks Care is a dedicated and compassionate medical practice committed to delivering outstanding care and support to our patients. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Care Manager to support the Care Manager in leading our care team and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

REQUIREMENTS:

• NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a senior care role or supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passionate about providing person-centred care.

• Assist the Care Manager in the daily operational management of the practice.
• Supervise and support care staff to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery.
• Participate in care planning and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and relevant care regulations.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and the wider healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Contribute to staff training and performance reviews.
